Our Evolution
Our story began in 1980 with L.O. Supo Builders, a family-run construction business delivering quality building services for homes and major manufacturing clients across Nigeria.
Over the decades, that foundation evolved into several specialist companies serving clients in both Nigeria and the UK — delivering custom residential builds, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, platform solutions, cloud infrastructure, and more.
Cambridge Engineering Services (CAES) is the harmonisation of all these entities — the next step in our evolution. It brings together decades of cross-sector expertise under one roof, with the engineering rigour and accountability our clients have always trusted us for.
Terakin Works is the residential arm of CAES — focused exclusively on bespoke homes, renovations, and property management. We are not here to build many. The few we take on, we execute with precision, integrity, and the kind of attention that makes clients proud to recommend us.
